Region 10’s Business Loan Fund assists local businesses and nonprofits located within our six-county service area with their financial needs. Loans typically range from $5,000 to $250,000 or more, with fixed rates and loan terms up to 10 years.

Looking for sound advice or hoping to fill in some knowledge gaps? Region 10’s Small Business Resource Center supports new and existing small businesses in navigating the road to success by providing low-cost training and no-cost consulting to help business owners achieve their goals.
The Business Cultivator
Do you have a business idea that you’re looking to move forward or are you a food entrepreneur looking for a commercial kitchen? The Business Cultivator is a new business incubator located in Olathe that offers startup consulting and training, access to a commercial kitchen, and coworking.
Incentives/Tax Credits:
Looking for a financial boost? Region 10’s serves as an administrator for the Colorado Enterprise Zone (EZ) Program, designed to promote a business-friendly environment by offering state income tax credits that incentivize businesses to locate and develop in tax incentive-enhanced areas.
